By HOA rules occupancy is limited to a total of 8, with no more than 6 adults and 2 additional children (age 12 and under), which must be affiliated family members.
It has all of the amenities we love - from a fully equipped kitchen to soft bamboo sheets, from a dining table that seats eight to mountain viewing while grilling on the deck.

1. Rocky Mountain National Park - this 415 square mile mountain park has some of America's most stunning mountain scenery. You can hike the 300 miles of trails, take a scenic drive to watch for big game wildlife like the famous elk, enjoy fishing (be sure to get your fishing license first), go horseback riding, or learn about the region at the visitor's center. 2. Drive the 55 mile Peak to Peak Scenic Byway - and see the Rocky Mountain National Park, the Arapahoe National Forest, the Roosevelt National Forest, and the Indian Peaks Wilderness area during the drive.
3. And/or drive Trail Ridge Road - is the highest continuous paved road in the USA.
4. Ride the Estes Park Aerial Tramway - this open air tram gives you an amazing view of the Rocky Mountains below.
